Basic
$300 per month
This is our single-member LLC, S-corp, and sole proprietor package. This Monthly package gets you on the road to clean bookkeeping, accurate financials and billpay, and S-corp payroll.
Intermediate
$600 per month
Many brokers work in partnerships, this package gives 1:1 support to all partners in your Real Estate Group. Also includes everything in the S-corp package.
Advanced
Custom Pricing
We also work with many managing brokers with multiple offices and complexities. Are you a real estate investor and a broker? We can create a package custom for you!
Basic
So there’s no supprises - there are some additional fees:
Quickbooks Online - QBO is necessary for us to do our work and we generally require a QBO Essentials Package which costs $60 per month
Automated Payroll - There are multiple options for payroll including Gusto, Justworks, Insparity, ADP, Paychex, Trinet, and many more. We will help you select the best package for you to automate the monthly withholdings and compliance for your S-Corp payroll.
Federal Tax Filing - Since some of our clients BYOT (bring their own tax preparer) we don’t include federal tax preparation in our monthly bookkeeping package, however, if you would like for it to be included it can be a 1-time fee or spread out evenly across 6-12 months.
