How it Works
Agents do a 1-hour onboarding virtual meeting with the Zccounting team. On this call, we help you create a QuickBooks Online account and connect your bank accounts and credit cards.
You own all your info, we are just here to be your wing(wo)man to help keep your books up to date.
On a weekly basis, we reconcile your transactions and help put all your spending in the most optimized categories to save you the most on taxes.
How will my bookkeeper know what all the spending is for?
Since we are experts in bookkeeping for real estate agents we will recognize about 95% of the transactions, if we don’t we will text you on the spot with our questions!
At the end of the month we will send you a monthly financial statement so you know where you are at.
Toward the end of the year we will do a tax strategy meeting with you to make sure you have saved enough for taxes.
Since the books are done on a weekly basis you year-end tax return is easy and streamlined by our in house CPA.
